Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund for purchases made through Dating Help AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing any premium features or subscriptions, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All subscription fees and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once processed, except as described in this policy or as required by applicable law. We encourage you to review our free features before committing to a paid plan.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical error on our end prevented you from accessing purchased features, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same service or subscription period.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a charge was made without your authorization (subject to verification).
  • Cooling-Off Period: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase and have not substantially used the premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 48-hour cooling-off period
  • Partially used subscription periods (no pro-rata refunds)
  • Purchases where the premium features have been substantially used
  • Fees charged due to failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your account email address, the date of purchase, and the amount charged.
  3. Provide a brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party platform, refund requests must be directed to that platform. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any billing issues promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
